AINSLEY HOUSE
300 Grand Street between City Hall and Campbell Library The Ainsley House is an example of the English Tudor Revival style popular in the South San Francisco Bay Area during the 1920s. The home was built in 1925, as the third home for Campbell canning pioneer John Colpitts Ainsley and his wife Alcinda. It is open to the public and includes a gift shop.
Campbell Historical Museum

Housed in the former firehouse is the Campbell Historical Museum. While visiting the museum, one may browse through the collection of historical artifacts of Campbell, including early settlement, agriculture, education, early business equipment and aspects of daily life in Campbell’s past. The museum provides research material, volunteer opportunities and a gift shop. Call the museum for more information.
